Polerouter
Why It Matters
Gerald Genta's first watch design, drawn for Scandinavian Airlines' polar routes. The Polerouter is defined by design continuity, Genta's twisted lugs across many references, rather than one part number; the micro-rotor Cal. 215 is its technically defining execution. The 1954 origin was the bumper-automatic 'Polarouter'.
