Steelix
Shining, Neo Destiny #112/105, 2002
Why It Matters
Shining Steelix belongs to the English Neo Destiny release of 2002. The 1st Edition stamp identifies a distinct printing within the release, an important distinction when collecting its original editions. The Shining designation places this issue in the history of cards depicting Pokémon in their alternate coloration. Neo Destiny brought Light and Dark Pokémon together in the later Neo-era release sequence.
