Why It Matters
The original Skipper ref. 7754 adapted a Carrera-cased chronograph to the timing of a sailing start. Its fifteen-minute counter is divided into five-minute sections for that purpose. The first execution is distinct from later Autavia-cased Skippers, making the case, dial and reference essential to its collecting identity.
