Hamilton
Khaki Field Mechanical
Why It Matters
A faithful, hand-wound field watch descended from Hamilton's military issue. The 38mm reference H69439931 keeps the format simple: a black dial with 1 to 12 hours and an inner 13 to 24 military ring, luminous syringe hands, and no date. It runs the hand-wound caliber H-50, a modified ETA 2801-2 with the balance slowed to give about eighty hours of reserve. There is no power-reserve or 24-hour sub-dial; the watch is a plain three-hander, sized and styled after the field watches Hamilton supplied to the US military in the twentieth century.
