Cartier Panthère de Cartier 1983

Cartier's jewelry watch. Introduced in 1983, the Panthère is built around a flexible five link bracelet that moves like the big cat it is named for and reads as much as a bracelet as a watch. The case is square with a matching square bezel set with exposed screws, over a Cartier dial with Roman numerals, a rail track minute ring, and blued sword hands. It launched in gold and two tone, gained full steel versions in 1991, and returned to the collection in 2017 across mini, small, medium, and large sizes.
