1986-87 Fleer Basketball Michael Jordan #57
Basketball, 1986-87
Why It Matters
Michael Jordan's 1986–87 Fleer #57 is widely collected as his mainstream rookie card, although earlier Star issues exist. Its importance combines Jordan's career with Fleer's return to a nationally distributed basketball set. Authenticity, centering, edge wear and surface condition distinguish examples; the card's reputation does not imply that every copy is scarce.
