Alonzo Mourning was selected 2nd overall by the Charlotte Hornets in the 1992 NBA Draft out of Georgetown. He was named NBA Defensive Player of the Year in 1999 and 2000. He received 7 NBA All-Star selections. He won the NBA championship in 2006. He was inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in 2014.
